Deadline
You have the right to return the item within 14 days without giving any reason.
Note
Please be aware that returns with us are subject to a fee. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we assure you that this policy is in line with our commitment to sustainability and environmental care.
By charging for returns, we aim to help reduce unnecessary transportation and waste. We believe it’s important to recognize that every product returned adds an additional burden to the environment.
We hope you understand our decision and support our efforts to promote sustainability.
Child + Play Products / Table Tennis Accessories
- Contact our support via our contact form.
- The return will be registered and you will receive a return label by e-mail.
- Please make sure to pack the return well.
- The label is either printed out and affixed to the parcel or handed in digitally via the QR code at the DHL parcel counter.
- After receipt of the return in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded less the return costs in the amount of 5.90 euros (within Germany), the international return costs are to be inquired in each case at the customer support.
Table tennis tables
- Contact our support via our contact form.
- The return is registered and the shipping company is instructed to pick up the plate, this can take 1-2 weeks
- Please make sure that the plate is well packed and ready for pickup in the original box.
- The pickup takes place after making an appointment by phone with the shipping company.
- After receipt of the return in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded minus the return costs. For the return (within Germany) of our models K1, K3 and K5 we charge 79,90 Euro, for the models K10, K15, EDEN 89,90 Euro. For international returns please ask our support directly for the costs.
KREATY Play Sofa
- The Kreaty play sofa arrives vacuum-packed. If the package is still in its original packaging, the return process is the same as for our children's and play products.
- Once unpacked, the Kreaty no longer fits into the original packaging. For the return, please contact our support team so that we can inform you about the return process.
Refund
The refund will be made after receipt of the return in our warehouse on the payment method you deposited with the order.
