Shipping costs are calculated individually by item and shipping region and are displayed in the ordering process.

Delivery time 

The current delivery times are based on the availability of the item and the shipping method and are regularly adjusted on the website.

Shipping National

Table tennis tables: 5-7 working days

Table tennis accessories, child and game products: 2-4 working days

Shipping International

Table Tennis Tables Austria: about 2 weeks

Table Tennis Tables Switzerland: about 2 weeks

Table tennis tables international: 2-3 weeks

Table tennis accessories, child and game products: 1-2 weeks

Please note:

Shipping may vary slightly depending on the region. On certain holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) there may also be delays of 2-3 days. There can always be delays in shipping, which we unfortunately can not influence. However, we do our best in constant communication with the shipping company to bring the goods to you as soon as possible.

If the desired destination country is not available, the shipping and the respective costs can be requested at any time. In this case please contact us.

Shipping to Switzerland

In order to guarantee you a smooth and transparent ordering process, we have designed the shipping costs so that all fees incurred - including customs duties, import sales tax and all other costs for customs clearance - are already covered in advance.

What does this mean for you? Quite simply, the price you see at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional charges on delivery. We'll take care of all the necessary paperwork and costs to get your order straight to your door - with no surprises or hidden costs.

Delivery and shipping conditions

The delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address provided by the customer to Kettlershop.com is decisive.

If there are several items in the order, the delivery will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Before delivery, the shipping company will contact you by phone to coordinate the time window and the day of delivery with you. Here it is necessary that a domestic telephone number is deposited!

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

In the event of an effective exercise of the right of revocation by the customer, the provision made in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.

Package shipping

All items that can be shipped as a package are shipped with dpd, this includes the trampoline and our play sofa.

After the goods issue has been booked, you will receive a shipment number so that you can track the status of the delivery.

Desired delivery date with shipping by DHL

If a specific desired delivery date for a table tennis table is desired, then this can be requested in writing via info@kettlershop.com. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to plus 49.90 € (delivery on weekdays). This applies only to shipments to Germany. In all other countries no desired delivery date is possible. Please note that only the day, but no time window can be specified.
