Shipping may vary slightly depending on the region. On certain holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) there may also be delays of 2-3 days. The delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address provided by the customer to Kettlershop.com is decisive.

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
In the event of an effective exercise of the right of revocation by the customer, the provision made in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.
All items that can be shipped as a package are shipped with dpd, this includes the trampoline and our play sofa.
After the goods issue has been booked, you will receive a shipment number so that you can track the status of the delivery.
If a specific desired delivery date for a table tennis table is desired, then this can be requested in writing via info@kettlershop.com. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to plus 49.90 € (delivery on weekdays). This applies only to shipments to Germany. In all other countries no desired delivery date is possible. Please note that only the day, but no time window can be specified.
